Third-Party Intellectual Property Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for obtaining necessary permissions regarding study materials processed for private study. MedMaster AI does not authorize the public distribution or commercialization of third-party copyrighted materials.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, source code, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and logos of MedMaster AI are the exclusive property of Aurora Digital Labs SpA. User-generated content remains the property of the user, granting the Company only an operational license necessary to provide the service.

7. Fair Use Policy

To ensure platform stability and prevent automated abuse of Artificial Intelligence services, MedMaster AI enforces fair use policies across shared tools (such as monthly quotas on long audio transcriptions and continuous queries to advanced reasoning models). The Company reserves the right to temporarily restrict access in cases of anomalous or non-human consumption patterns.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.
